Jeff Rosen

Managing Attorney

A second-generation attorney, Jeff is a proud UCLA Bruin and graduate of the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where he was inducted into Phi Delta Phi for his academic excellence. Inspired by both his grandfather, a distinguished attorney, and his favorite tax law professor, Jeff built his career around tax, estate planning, trust, and creditor protection law. Jeff's experience spans from straightforward incapacity and probate avoidance planning to complex family wealth and business transfer strategies. He is also recognized as one of California's leading Proposition 19 attorneys, having designed and implemented planning that successfully preserved Prop 13 property tax benefits across dozens of California properties.

Clients turn to Jeff not only to prepare legal documents but also to craft a personalized game plan to protect their families and loved ones. His philosophy is simple: if you value protecting your family, he speaks your language. A lifelong learner, Jeff keeps current with evolving tax and political developments and frequently shares his insights through live educational seminars for clients and the community.

When he's not practicing law, Jeff enjoys life with his middle school sweetheart, their three children, and two dogs. He recharges by mountain biking the Conejo Valley trails, heading out on snowboarding trips during the winter, and creating lasting memories with his kids at Disneyland. On quieter weekends, he can be found at the beach-or on the golf course, where he prides himself on hitting the ball 300 yards (sometimes even in the right direction).

Trenton Nield

Attorney

Trenton Nield is an Associate Attorney who focuses exclusively on helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of estate planning and probate. With a background that combines legal precision, financial insight, and courtroom experience, Trenton brings a thoughtful, compassionate, and highly capable approach to every client matter. Trenton graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University with a degree in Finance, where he also competed as the #1 singles player and team captain on the Division I tennis team. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Boyd School of Law, attending on a full academic scholarship and graduating in the top third of his class. Trenton was inspired to pursue a career in law by his two grandfathers, both of whom served as Superior Court judges and instilled in him a deep respect for justice and public service.

While in law school, Trenton built a strong foundation in elder law, estate administration, and guardianships through hands-on work with the Southern Nevada Senior Law Program and the Probate Commissioner's Office. After graduation, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Denise Gentile in Guardianship and Family Law, and then as the sole probate law clerk for Clark County, Nevada-supporting Commissioners Fontano and Geist in reviewing complex estate and trust matters. In that role, Trenton analyzed everything from contested wills to fiduciary disputes and accountings, giving him rare insight into how courts evaluate and decide probate issues.

Prior to joining Rosen Trust Law, Trenton also worked with two respected estate planning firms in Nevada, helping clients create clear, enforceable plans and resolve family disputes with professionalism and care. Clients appreciate Trenton for his clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to protecting their loved ones and legacies. Whether guiding families through the probate process or designing customized estate plans, he offers trusted, strategic support at every step. Outside of work, Trenton unwinds by getting lost on hikes, playing tennis and pickleball, and pretending he's better at chess than he actually is.
